 ique to their life stage. The SRES&reg\; designation prepares you to under
 stand the financial\, lifestyle\, health\, and familial considerations tha
 t impact later-life real estate decisions. As an SRES&reg\;\, you can conf
 idently guide and support your senior clients through the buying and selli
 ng process\, expanding your client base and growing your business.&nbsp\;
 \n\nTo maintain your SRES&reg\; designation\, you must keep an active memb
 ership with both the National Association of REALTORS&reg\; (NAR) and the 
 Center for REALTOR&reg\; Development (CRD).\n\n\n    The first year of SRE
 S&reg\; membership is included with the SRES&reg\; Designation Course.\n  
   Annual dues are $99 each year thereafter.\n    Please note that you may 
 not promote yourself as an SRES&reg\; until you are notified via email tha
 t you have been awarded the designation.\n\n\n\n    Course completion info
 rmation will be entered once the course provider (NHAR) has submitted a cl
 ass roster to us (NAR CRD). This can take up to 2 weeks.\n    Once we have
  logged your course completion\, your SRES&reg\; designation will automati
 cally be awarded and as a new designee\, you will receive one-year of comp
 limentary membership. Annual dues are $99 each year thereafter.\n
