JOIN OUR CAMPAIGN TO SHARE YOUR BEST MOMENTS

Help NHAR tell the story of REALTOR® value by featuring your clients' real moments

Your clients already know what you do matters. Now we're inviting them to help tell that story to all of New Hampshire.

Deadline: April 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM

About the Campaign

NHAR is building a new consumer campaign called "The Moment It Mattered"—short video ads running on CTV/OTT and paid social featuring real clients describing the moment they realized having a REALTOR® made all the difference.

This campaign succeeds only with member submissions.

We're aiming to collect 30–40 usable client videos by April 30.

This year's branding campaign will:

Show Real Value

Show the real value REALTORS® bring to New Hampshire consumers

Celebrate Clients

Celebrate your clients and their home journey

Build Trust

Strengthen trust in the profession statewide

Note: In paid ads, we cannot promote any one agent or company - so the focus stays fair and statewide.

NEEDED: Your Client Video Testimonials

A short client video where they describe: "The moment it mattered"

We want a range of stories that show:

  • Diversity across New Hampshire (different regions, towns, housing types, buyers + sellers)
  • Different challenges and how REALTORS® helped solve them
  • Different people and life moments—authentic, real, and relatable
Important: The samples are NOT meant to reflect production style. Your client's authentic phone video is exactly what we want.

Video Style: Keep It Real

  • Any setting is fine: indoors/outdoors, at home, at the new house, walking, in the kitchen, wherever feels natural
  • Any filming style works: selfie video, handheld, tripod, or filmed by someone else
  • Casual is encouraged: natural lighting, real moments, real voices
  • Interview/podcast style is allowed: the REALTOR® may be present only in an interview format

Timing Matters

Ideal length: 10–15 seconds

Maximum accepted: 3 minutes; PLEASE feel free to record the maximum length and we will clip the very best pieces!

Most of our :30 commercials will include 2–3 client moments, so shorter clips increase the chances of being selected.

Note: NHAR may use a video in part, not in whole. We may pull one powerful sentence and pair it with other client moments.

Story Prompts

Ask your client to answer one of these on camera:

"What was the moment you knew you couldn't do this without a REALTOR®?"

"We thought everything was fine until ____ happened. What did your REALTOR® do next?"

"What was the biggest surprise in the process—and how did your REALTOR® help?"

"What was the moment you felt protected or advocated for?"

Have a different moment? Submit it! Authentic stories are the goal.

Important Requirements

Your video cannot include:

Agent name, brokerage name, or "my REALTOR® at ___"

Any visible branding: yard signs, office signage, branded apparel, name badges, business cards, logos

Contact info: phone numbers, emails, websites, social handles

Anything that promotes one company over another

On-screen identification & Release

Client identification:

First name + last initial + City

Example: "Sean O., Manchester"

Release Required

Clients must sign a simple release so NHAR can use the footage in paid advertising.
