Member Market Disruption Survey

Member Market Disruption Survey

Thank you to the nearly 900 New Hampshire REALTORS who took our March 25 survey, designed to assess the level of disruption in the marketplace due to the COVID-19 crisis. Clearly, the impact has been significant, as only 22 percent of respondents said they felt "no impact" to their business in the previous seven days.

Below are the results of the survey, first as a statewide measure, and then broken down by individual local boards:

Statewide

Capital Region Board
Commercial Investment Board
Contoocook Valley Board
Granite State South Board
Greater Claremont Board
Greater Manchester Nashua Board
Lakes Region Board
Monadnock Region Board
North Country Board
Seacoast Board
Strafford County Board
Sunapee Region Board
Upper Valley Board
White Mountain Board

"Amidst the sea of change to which the New Hampshire Association of REALTORS has played witness in its 85 years, one thing that has remained constant is the Realtor 'R' and the value we bring to every real estate transaction in which we take part. We are part of a unique community where our familial cooperation transcends our business competition. These are not mere platitudes, but our living ideals, and they are, in fact, the foundation on which we conduct ourselves in our day-to-day affairs."

Joanie McIntire, 2024 President, New Hampshire REALTORS
