Leadership 200/300

Do you aspire to a leaderhip position with your local or state REALTOR association? Or perhaps you're already on a leaderhip path. If so, you want to be sure to participate in the upcoming REALTOR Leadership Program courses.

Here are the essentials ...

What: NAR's Leadership 200 ("Becoming a Leader") and Leadership 300 ("Enhancing Leadership Skills") training. CLICK HERE to view the flyer.

Where: New Hampshire REALTORS office, 11 South Main Street, Suite 301, Concord.

When: Monday, Oct. 21, 2019, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. (registration begins at 8:30)

Who: Leading the training will be New Hampshire's own Roger Turcotte, CBR, CDEI, GRI, one of the foremost leadership instructors in the country and a past winner of the NHAR Distinguished Service Award.

Why: Because Roger is exceptional, because the course is the best bargain in town (no cost), and most importantly because leadership is a transferable skill, not just for "leaders" in the traditional sense. So whether you're planning to take on a role in your local, state or national association or just want to be a leader at your office and among your peers, this is absolutely for you.

And, not unimportantly, lunch will be provided.

CALL NOW TO RESERVE YOUR SEAT! We're limiting registration to the first 60 who sign up, so if you'd like to attend, please contact NHAR Leadership Coordinator Stacy Kelley: stacy@nhar.com or 603-225-5549. And please, register only if you are sure you can and will attend. The session will be in high demand, so we want to reserve space only for those we know will join us.

You should do it. Trust us, it's a no-brainer

"Amidst the sea of change to which the New Hampshire Association of REALTORS has played witness in its 85 years, one thing that has remained constant is the Realtor 'R' and the value we bring to every real estate transaction in which we take part. We are part of a unique community where our familial cooperation transcends our business competition. These are not mere platitudes, but our living ideals, and they are, in fact, the foundation on which we conduct ourselves in our day-to-day affairs."

Susan Cole, 2025 President, New Hampshire REALTORS
