Among the changes:
- Addition of "Waiver of Inspection Rights Addendum"
- Addition of "Termination of Purchase and Sales Agreement"
- Addition of "Choice of Law and Venue" language to P&S Agreement
- Addition of "Delayed Showings Clause" to Clause Library
- Addition of "Property Status Clause" to Clause Library
- Addition of road access language to Property Disclosure Form
