The median price of a single family residential home in New Hampshire was $450,000 in July, an 11 percent increase from last year and the highest July price number in New Hampshire history.
And while the inventory shortage in New Hampshire continues, there may be signs for encouragement in the months' supply. That number – the months it would take to sell off the current inventory based on the rate of sales over the past year – is still well below a balanced market of six or seven months, but at 1.7 months is the highest it's been in nearly two years and marks three straight months of increases compared to one year prior.
