Multiple Offers: 1 & 2

In today's sellers' market, with low inventory and pent-up demand, multiple offers are becoming a prevalent part of the New Hampshire real estate landscape, and whether you're a Realtor on the buyer or seller side, it's an environment you need to navigate smoothly for your clients.

NHAR legal counsel Matt Johnson's latest risk management videos – brought to you by the Risk Management Subcommittee of the NHAR Legal Committee – deal with just that: risk management regarding multiple offers. Below find each of his first two videos, the first from the buyer client perspective, the second from the perspective of the listing agent.
