In light of the new requirements regarding post-licensure, New Hampshire Real Estate Commission administrator Bobbie Mayo has recorded a video to help explain those requirements.
The Commission requires that anyone who was newly licensed as a real estate licensee on or after February 1, 2020, is required to complete specific Post Licensure CE elective courses prior to their first renewal. The intent of the change is to ensure that newly licensed agents take CE’s on topics such as contracts, ethical behavior, disclosure requirements, and agency.
