Forms changes

With changes to Prime MLS scheduled to go into effect on July 15, and in order to help New Hampshire REALTORS comply with the terms of the NAR settlement agreement, NHAR has added four new standard forms, in addition to small changes to several other forms and the NHAR clause library.

NHAR has sent the updated forms to providers, and the new forms will be available in the next several days.

NHAR legal counsel Matt Johnson and legal committee chair Laura Hallahan recently discussed these additions and changes, and the rationale behind them, in a series of videos linked below. Please click on the corresponding link to view the videos.

"Amidst the sea of change to which the New Hampshire Association of REALTORS has played witness in its 85 years, one thing that has remained constant is the Realtor 'R' and the value we bring to every real estate transaction in which we take part. We are part of a unique community where our familial cooperation transcends our business competition. These are not mere platitudes, but our living ideals, and they are, in fact, the foundation on which we conduct ourselves in our day-to-day affairs."

Joanie McIntire, 2024 President, New Hampshire REALTORS
