Senior Real Estate Specialist designation course

Americans are living longer, leading to significant growth in the 50+ real estate market. Seniors near, at, or post-retirement make housing decisions based on complex factors unique to their life stage. The SRES® designation prepares you to understand the financial, lifestyle, health, and familial considerations that impact later-life real estate decisions. As an SRES®, you can confidently guide and support your senior clients through the buying and selling process, expanding your client base and growing your business. 

To maintain your SRES® designation, you must keep an active membership with both the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) and the Center for REALTOR® Development (CRD).

• The first year of SRES® membership is included with the SRES® Designation Course.
• Annual dues are $99 each year thereafter.
• Please note that you may not promote yourself as an SRES® until you are notified via email that you have been awarded the designation.

• Course completion information will be entered once the course provider (NHAR) has submitted a class roster to us (NAR CRD). This can take up to 2 weeks.
• Once we have logged your course completion, your SRES® designation will automatically be awarded and as a new designee, you will receive one-year of complimentary membership. Annual dues are $99 each year thereafter.
